Cap'N Crunch Chicken
Ask and you shall receive! For those of you asking how to make Cap’N Crunch chicken, look no further! Now, I make this only when it goes bogo because I’m too cheap for 1 $5.00 box of cereal. 3 cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (10 per can) or any brand
56 pepperoni slices
block of Colby cheese
1 beaten egg,
Parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning,
Garlic powder,
1 jar pizza sauce…

Cut the block of cheese into 28 squares.
Flatten a biscuit out and stack pepperoni and cheese on top.
Gather up the edges of the biscuit, forming a ball (see pic)
Line up the rolls in a greased 9×13 in. pan.
Brush with beaten egg.
Sprinkle with parmesan, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Bake at 425°F for 18-20 minutes.
Ok many questions about the pizza sauce . It is used to dip these in but I always put a little inside .
if you like them extra saucy ,u can put more sauce in, but beware, too much sauce will bubble out and make them messy!

NOTE: You can Use any Cheese you would like and I rotate making these with Colby Squares, then next time with Shredded Mozzarella!
